We just had new tube heaters installed at our Abbotsford location, Dave and the whole team at Primo Heat were amazing to deal with. Always great prompt service. My furnace failed right before the weekend and an impending cold snap. Called Primo Heat at 8am Friday. A Technician arrived quickly and even earlier than promised. My furnace was fixed and heat back on by 11:30, this included diagnosis time and a quick trip to pickup a new inducer – Thank you Dave, Jenn, and the Primo Heat Team!

Last year in the heatwave we had a down drafting exhaust flue for our furnace and hot water tank. We reached out to 4-5 different company’s and Primo called us at 7pm at night asking if we got it figured out and tried to offer up some over the phone solutions. The furnace was a 1981 original unit slowly on its way out. We had Primo install a Navien Tankless hot water system and a Lennox furnace. They were on time and not insanely overpriced. They managed to use the existing exhaust flue for the exhaust piping up through the roof so there was only one set of holes going through the siding. They were in and out within the day and the furnace was perfect throughout the winter months. We had them come out just now for yearly maintenance and to see if it could be tweaked a bit on the fan cycle power. The tech was early, clean, professional and helpful (we’ll be dropping down to 10/11 Merv filters instead of the 13’s”) I would recommend primo heat to anyone in the Fraser Valley they’re great to deal with from start to finish. 100% fantastic local small business

My initial contact with the company was with Jennifer, who was patient when dealing with my difficult request. The HVAC technician Jordan Cree was punctual as per the scheduled appointment, and professional. Jordan had to deal with inconveniences left by a different company which made the job more complicated, but he did so in a professional manner and went beyond expectations.

I have been using Primo Heat for the last 7 years, Dave and his crew are very professional, knowledgeable and do impeccable work. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to service my HVAC and A/C system. The first time I used them was after a very well known company came to service my furnace and deemed it unsafe, red tagged the furnace and shut off the gas in November no less. I took a chance and called Dave at Primo for a second opinion, he found the issue and saved the furnace which lasted another 7 years. I then had them install A/C and a year later they installed a new Furnace and How water on demand system. I now have a very efficient and dependable system that will last 20 plus years. I was given many options for my HVAC system to suit many budgets, the different options were all sourced by Primo and well presented so I could make an informed decision. Six years ago Primo heat installed our furnace and just recently installed our AC. Nothing but good things to say. Dave and Jen and the crew did a great job.

I called Primo Heat Inc. on a Monday, due to a problem with my older Sears Installed Heat Pump (>13 years old). Primo techs came to the house on Tuesday and not only diagnosed the issue but were able to repair it in the same day…. Less than 24 hours from the original inquiry for help. My furnace broke down in the morning, and I called Primo Heat. Best decision ever. From diagnosis to the installation, their service was absolutely top notch. They provided different options explaining each one clearly, and were quick to schedule the service. We now have an amazing new Lennox furnace that is purring! I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to get my home heated after the sudden breakdown of our furnace. I highly recommend Primo Heat!

Last night our furnace decided to call it quits on the holiday weekend Saturday . We called Primo Heat Inc., and they responded within a couple of hours. Our ignition box had failed on our Lennox furnace. Luckily Dave had one on his truck and had us fixed up. Heat is now working, filter is changed, and he also did a carbon test to ensure safe operation. They also charged me regular rate even though it was on Sunday. This company goes over and above the call of duty. I highly recommend them.

My wife, Wendy and I say you are the best.  Mitch and Jordan did a fantastic job.  They answered all my questions satisfactory about the service call and about other heat related questions.  The costs were more then reasonable for a service maintenance call and a miscellaneous hook up.  Very pleasant individuals, well mannered and honest.  They also took the time and explained the details of the results of the furnace tune up.  It was a great pleasure and Primo Heat will be the first and only call for my heating needs in the future.  When asked, they even provided me additional business cards so that I can pass on to my neighbours. We’ve had our furnace suddenly quit on us and Google took me to Primo Heat. I got Dave on the line and he reworked his schedule to accommodate mine to attend to the fix asap. He was knowledgeable and professional. I hope never to need another furnace fix, but will be happy to call Primo should the need arise.

Primo Heat technicians did an excellent job for us. Called late night for an emergency furnace repair and they fixed it within just an hour. These guys are truly awesome. Keeping their contact details saved and get their HVAC services again.

I spent two very frustrating days trying to locate a part for my water heater. I was told to pick up a part at one place only to go there and it was wrong part. They might be able to get it in a week. Frustrated and fed up I found Primo Heat in Abbotsford and Dave. Well Dave spent time with me and gave me some ideas to try and work around my problem. We had Primo Heat come out this year to assess our HVAC system. They were Great! We ended up replacing our 25+ year old furnace with a new Lennox High efficiency and adding a New Air conditioner. Our house has never been quieter or as comfortable as it is now. We also were able to get a Fortis Rebate, and cash back for the system we installed.!! Our neighbours bought similar equipment from Costco and paid far more. We are extremely happy and just wanted to let others know about the great service we received from Primo Heat Inc.

Never having met Dave nor heard of Primo Heat – I called Dave on a Friday night after my hot water tank packed it in. Dave was courteous, polite and immediately went to work assisting us. The Primo Heat installers were most efficient and before I knew it had installed a new tank at a great price. To add icing I experienced a drop in hot water pressure that I thought was related but turned out not to be. Dave’s guys showed up and fixed the problem for me at no charge. Thanks Dave – appreciate the fabulous service.

My furnace died on a Saturday. What made it worse was, we experienced a drop in the outside temperature, which greatly affected the inside temperature. I informed my dad regarding this problem, he promptly supplied an electric heater and contacted Dave, the owner of Primo Heat. He responded within an hour to that call, which was excellent service. When Dave arrived, he assessed the situation, gave us the information on a high-efficiency Lennox furnace, a brochure and price. He also supplied 3 electric heaters to help maintain some heat in the house until the new furnace was operational. On Monday morning he sent in two of his installers, Matt and Kyle, who were highly qualified in their profession. The first thing they did was to lay a tarp on the floor which went from the garage to the furnace room. They were very polite, and did a fantastic job! They also cleaned up everything, swept the floor, and took away all of the old furnace debris, which was a big relief for me. Dave showed up at the end of the installation to check everything. He set my new thermostat and explained how to program it. The personalized service that Dave and his team provided was superb! I highly recommend Primo Heat for anyone who has a furnace problem or is in need of a new furnace. They will look after you! I am a very happy, satisfied customer! Thank-you!!

Had Dave come out to replace our furnace and couldn’t be happier with the service. Dave wasn’t able to replace it that same day, so he went out of his way to bring us some heaters to stay warm.
